Sarah comes from a fitness professional background with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Sarah has thrived as a personal trainer, gym owner, and professional MMA fighter. Her journey has been marked by passion, perseverance, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. She teaches boxing classes for fitness in Sulphur Springs and is training again to be an MMA fighter–her life-long dream.
Originally from Washington State, Sarah’s life changed when she relocated to Texas. It was during this transition that Sarah’s fascination with real estate blossomed. Sarah Howell is a dedicated wife and mother of two wonderful children. Her daughter, Paisley, is in 8th grade and plays volleyball, basketball, and softball but loves all sports. Preston, her son, is in 4th and loves basketball and football. Sarah’s husband, Jerad, is a sports-medicine-based chiropractor, specializing in athletes of all ages. As a family, they love the outdoors and staying active.
