In March of 2024, Kati obtained her state & national Broker’s license—a worthy accomplishment that could allow her to one day have her own real estate company. And by this same year, she has sold over 40-plus million dollars of real estate since starting in 2018.
In 2023, Kati also received the award from Dallas’ Metrotex among an elite group of “40 Under 40”. These winners are up-and-coming agents who are thriving in real estate from all over the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Only forty agents under forty win this title.
Even though she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s Degree majoring in Educational Administration from Texas A&M—Commerce, she gave up teaching, jumping with both feet into real estate. However, she supports her local schools by being a member of the Bond Planning Committee, a member of the Bond PAC, and will be a SSISD school board trustee starting in the summer of 2024.
Kati currently serves as director for the annual Turkey Trot, a fundraiser where proceeds go to local families in need. She also serves as an officer for the Mother’s Culture Club where moms from all walks of life dedicate their gifts, talents, and time to raising money. Thousands of dollars, each year, go back into Hopkins County.
Born and raised in the area, Kati enjoys hanging out with her husband and their 2 boys and being surrounded by family or friends. In 2023, they bought a farm south of Sulphur Springs where they spend time watching a few farm animals frolic and their kids play in their favorite country setting. But when at work, Kati’s go-getter attitude and eagerness to serve her clients is evident to all who know her.
