Jaclyn Weesner

Jaclyn comes to the Janet Martin Realty team with years of experience in real estate already under her belt after receiving her license in 2015. Within her second year, she received a top-producing award in the Dallas area and has received several more since. Professionally, she has attained additional real estate education that designates her as an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMR), New Home Construction Certification (NHC).

Her track record includes selling houses in areas such as Dallas, Forney, Nacogdoches, Cedar Creek, Heath, and even in Lubbock. But Jaclyn’s leadership abilities also extend to having served as a District Representative for a Texas Senator, as an Elections Judge for Rockwall County, and having held a chair in the Rockwall/Heath area for the multiple listing service (for real estate) known as Metrotex.

To better understand contracts and the legal side of things, Jaclyn became a certified paralegal in 2019. It is a passion for helping others and the joy of assisting clients to find their forever homes that caused her to love real estate.

She currently raises her daughter in Heath, Texas while her adult son, who is married, serves in the military. One day, she plans to move closer to Hopkins County. Until then, Jaclyn’s expertise and drive continues to be an asset to her clients.
